Nature Mandala Workshop with Heather Carlson

  • Treehouse Farm Collective 8104 North 63rd Street Longmont, CO, 80503 United States (map)
from $100.00

Spend three peaceful hours on our farm foraging for natural objects and picking flowers to create your own nature mandala.

Creating Mandalas out of objects foraged in nature is a meditative process that offers a sensory-based experience. It involves selecting natural objects, arranging them in a circular pattern, and reflecting on the process and the final creation. This process joins the natural world and the self in a soulful connection.

This gathering is designed to be inclusive, welcoming those who are experienced in mindfulness practices to those simply curious and interested in embarking on a calming day on a flower farm. In this way, the Nature Mandala experience is for one and all.

This experience is joyfully offered in partnership with Heather Carlson, MA, LMFT.

Open to All Genders, and Ages 18 to Infinity
