Creative Pumpkin Crafting
We’ll do some demonstrations of creative carving, using pumpkins as vessels for dried flower arrangements, mod-podge with pressed flowers and other materials, and many other crafts with our beautiful & unusual pumpkins, from spooky black ones to elegant white and tan ones, festive multicolored fruits to big classic jack-o’lanterns.

Fall Bulbs: Planting for Success
Fall bulbs are so much fun. They are my favorite things to plant in the fall, even after a long hard season, because they bring me forward into next season. And harvesting and experiencing their beautiful blooms in the spring always makes me feel like everything is going to be OK. Since meeting my partner, Nelson, whose Dutch family has a bulb-importing business, I’ve learned even more about how these amazing beings are cultivated, bred, and how to care for them in our very un-Dutch climate.
